Mariama Badjie passed away at Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH), Banjul. Her burial will take place in Kambong.
Mariama was a devoted, compassionate, and hardworking member of the Bwiam General Hospital Maternity Ward team. She served mothers, newborns, and families with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Her calm demeanor, dedication to duty, and caring heart touched many lives and will forever be remembered by colleagues and the community we serve.
Her passing is a great loss to the Maternity Ward, Bwiam General Hospital, and all who had the privilege of knowing and working with her.
